12pm - doors open to guests
1pm - ceremony commences. All cry at how beautiful I look (NB you can decide who wrote that part).
1:20pm - photos and general milling around - work the room, darling.
2:15pm - cutting the cake / speeches
(We chose to do speeches first so it gets them out of the way for the speakers to enjoy the rest of the day, and so we can get the cake cut up for later. Pudding is always more important than mains!)
2:45pm - food time!
6pm - everyone is welcome from this point onwards. There'll be a ceilidh, a dj, and potentially a wedding band too. There'll be a small buffet out for later in the evening and coffee and teas on tap.
11:45pm - Bed time
